Texas Cooperative Extension and Presbyterian Hospital of Denton Launch a FREE Diabetes Education Program

Do Well, Be Well with Diabetes, a free education program for people with Type 2 Diabetes, begins April 1, at Presbyterian Hospital of Denton.  This program, developed by health and nutrition professionals at Texas A&M University, College Station, was developed in accordance with American Diabetes Association national standards, and offers type 2 diabetics the information they need to control their diabetes and prevent complications.  This six week course will help you learn what you can do to take control of your diabetes and to live the kind of life you want to live!
