Presbyterian Hospital of Denton's Inpatient and Outpatient Physical Therapy Department provides comprehensive physical therapy for patients of all ages. Their primary goals are to assist patients achieve optimum functioning; to prevent disabilities and further dysfunction; to maintain health; and to identify potential safety risks. Physical therapists function as an integral member of the healthcare team and serve as patient advocates. They serve as educators to patients, families and staff in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation.

- Recovery from orthopedic and neuromuscular problems
- Arthritis
- Burns
- Physical problems associated with diabetes and cancer
- Injuries resulting from recreational and sports activities
Our Physical Therapy Staff Consists Of:
- Licensed physical therapists
- Licensed physical therapy assistants
- Physical therapy techs
Location:
The Outpatient Physical Therapy Department has been newly renovated to include a 3,000-square-foot area and is housed on the first floor of The Center for Women, with convenient parking for patients with direct access located at the west entrance of The Center for Women.
The Inpatient Physical Therapy Department is located in a newly opened area on the 2nd floor of the main hospital.
